BMR Properties specializes in taking care of the those pesky little repairs that just haven’t been addressed yet.

There might be good reasons why little jobs pile up. Your hero might have a full plate. You might be the hero, but are missing out on valuable time with family because there is always something to fix. Maybe your long time hero has passed, or isn’t as spry as they once were and there is no one to take care of what they once would. We can help.

We’ll do as many basic odds and ends as a 4 or 8 hour period allows. Materials charged separately.

We’d rather they didn’t, but the truth is: things wear out, wiggle loose, and get knocked off. Resolving home repairs restores peace of mind, and allows you to focus energy elsewhere. Whether it’s a leaky sink, a door that isn’t closing correctly, or a ding in the drywall, we can help.

We’ll fix whatever we can in 1/2 hour for the price of a call-out + parts. If the fix is more involved, we’ll provide an additional quote to get things perfect.
